Our felt is made from 100% wool, a naturally resistant material protected by the lanolin that surrounds individual wool fibres, repelling moisture and dirt.

For liquid spills-
Wool is naturally water repellent and if spills are dealt with quickly, the wool won’t absorb much liquid.
How to clean.
Dab liquid up with damp cloth, repeat with clean damp cloth, let article dry.

For dust and other dirt.
If the article is large and flat, it can be vacuumed.
If the article is smaller and soiled, gently hand wash in lukewarm water using wool soap.

- Dry away from direct sunlight.
- Do not agitate the article too much during washing as it will promote further felting.
- DO NOT soak, machine wash or put anything in the dryer. This will shrink and distort the item.

Stuffed toys will take a longer time to dry so make sure the items are fully dry before using them again. It is advised that they be surface cleaned rather than immersed in water.

They adhere to fair trade practices including non-discrimination, gender equality, providing good working conditions, and offering capacity building opportunities to all employees.

PHILE offers two domestic shipping options depending on when you wish to receive your
order. All orders are processed by PHILE within 48 hours under normal circumstances.
Standard delivery is complimentary for orders over AUD200 delivered within Australia.

Worldwide
Orders are sent via Australia Post with full accessible tracking. Include your mobile number during checkout to receive regular notifications via SMS. PHILE offers complimentary shipping for orders over AUD $150.
For other orders, international shipping is a flat-rate of $50, and available for countries worldwide. Orders are shipped with Australia Post, with zoning determining delivery estimates.
Zone 1 – New Zealand can take 3-5 days.
Zone 2 – Asia, Western Europe, North America and the Pacific can take between 3-10 days.
Zone 3 – Rest of the World can take up to 14 days.
