We're so glad you love our products as much as we do! We're always on the lookout for retailers to partner with, whether that be baby shops, kids boutiques or lifestyle and gift shops.

Philé is all about well made, uncomplicated pieces for your baby and child using ethically sourced fabrics. We value our craftsmen and women and don't discount our products.

If you think we'd be a good fit for your store please read about our trading terms and apply below. We cannot approve all businesses who apply if we do not see a suitable fit, we hope you can understand.

If you are interested in another form of collaboration that falls outside of our standard stockist partnership, please don't hesitate to contact us.

1) Although all care is taken, sometimes a price is wrong online. The correct price in our system (where we enter your orders) is the one that will apply to your order. If you think you've noticed a mistake, please let us know so we can fix it. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.


2) Please note as many of our goods are handmade, most from natural materials, there may be differences in size, shape, weight and colours. This is the nature of the product and what makes it so unique.


3) Our orders are pro-forma.


4) Our recommended retail price is listed on our site [phile.com.au].


5) Discounting hurts brands. Discounting hurts small business. Our products are priced to reflect the work of talented artisans, natural materials, and the creativity of the designers. We cannot force the RRP, but we ask respectfully that you price our products accordingly.


6) There is no minimum purchase amount for domestic (Australian) orders.


7) Our minimum purchase for export orders is $1000.00.


8) If you order any felted wool items from us you need to accept that wool is a natural material and irregularities are part of its appeal. If you do not like the natural variations in the felted fabric, please do not purchase these items. Of course, if a piece is broken or otherwise faulty, we will happily replace or credit.


9) If you have a pending order and we are waiting for you to pay, please note we will contact you 2 times, if you do not respond we will assume you do not want to go ahead with your order and we will cancel it. Due to the sheer volume of orders, it is impossible for us to keep contacting you if you do not respond. PLEASE check your SPAM folder in case our emails go there. Feel free to reach out to us if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of ordering. We can only contact you on the email/phone number you have given us, if this changes please let us know.


10) International orders: Please note that freight might be high: most likely between 20-30% of your order value depending of course on what is in your order.


11) Changes to orders (after they have been packed) may incur a re-packing fee at our discretion.


12) All goods that have been specially labelled for your company will incur a re-labelling fee if your order is cancelled.


13) We do not accept cancellations of goods made exclusively for you, to your specifications. A 100% cancellation fee will be incurred for cancelled exclusive items.
