A carnival-inspired storage basket that adds a whimsical splash of colour and fun to your child’s nursery room. A wide opening allows for quick and easy pack downs, and the extra-deep size fits all assortment of toys, puzzles, books and costumes. Use the chubby handles to rotate them around your home as your little one plays. 

Each basket is ethically hand made from 100% wool, using food safe dyes that are safe for babies and pets.

COMPOSITION - 100% Felt Wool

SIZE - 25cm H x 47cm W.

Our felt is made from 100% wool, a naturally resistant material protected by the lanolin that surrounds individual wool fibres, repelling moisture and dirt.

For liquid spills-
Wool is naturally water repellent and if spills are dealt with quickly, the wool won’t absorb much liquid.

How to clean -
Dab liquid up with damp cloth, repeat with clean damp cloth, let article dry.

For dust and other dirt -
If the article is large and flat, it can be vacuumed.
If the article is smaller and soiled, gently hand wash in lukewarm water using wool soap.

-Dry away from direct sunlight.
-Do not agitate the article too much during washing as it will promote further felting.
-DO NOT soak, machine wash or put anything in the dryer. This will shrink and distort the item.

Our felt products are made from 100% wool, handmade by Fair Trade operatives in Nepal who focus on creating opportunities for economically disadvantaged producers, promoting fair pay, transparency and accountability. They adhere to fair trade practices including non-discrimination, gender equality, providing good working conditions, and offering capacity building opportunities to all employees.

Toy baskets are shipped at the bulky rate and are excluded from free shipping offers.

Another beautiful piece from Phile. The red stripe is playful without being overly bright or loud, and adds such a lovely touch to our play area. The small size is perfect for keeping little toys and felt pieces organised while still being easy to access. As with everything from Phile, it feels practical and child-friendly while still being thoughtfully designed to look beautiful in the home.

A passion for fine fabrics led founder Anna Vidović to launch Philé in 2017, a curated collection of serviceable finishes for the nursery. Her aim was to bridge luxury with accessibility, educating through experience the benefit of buying natural fabrics.
