Do not use hot water as it may shrink pure cotton, and potentially cause some of the dye to leak. Do not soak, wring, bleach, or tumble. Hang to dry.

Our Play Mats are made from OEKO-TEX Certified Cotton Twill, a worldwide consistent, independent testing and certification system for raw, semi-finished and finished textile products at all processing levels. To obtain a OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, the cotton needs to be free from more than 100 substances known to be harmful to human health.

Australia:

PHILE offers three domestic shipping options depending on when you wish to receive your order. All orders are processed by PHILE within 48 hours under normal circumstances.

Standard delivery (5-10 business days): Free for orders over AUD200.
Standard delivery (5-10 business days): $10
Express delivery (2-3 business days): $15
Same day delivery (for orders placed before 11am): $50– only available for Sydney orders within 25km of Homebush.
*Delivery times are based on Metro area, allow for an extra 1–2 business days for regional areas and Western Australia.

Worldwide:

International shipping is a flat-rate of $30AUD and available for countries worldwide (excluding the USA).
Orders are shipped with Australia Post, with zoning determining delivery estimates. Include your mobile number during checkout to receive regular notifications via SMS.

Zone 1 – New Zealand can take 3-5 days.
Zone 2 – Asia, Western Europe, and the Pacific can take between 3-10 days.
Zone 3 – Rest of the World can take up to 14 days.

US orders are shipping with DHL at a flat rate of $100AUD.
