Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of the “Hello Spring Giveaway” (“Promotion”) is Philé PTY LTD  70 625 759 122.

This Promotion is run in collaboration with Redsbaby.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12pm AEST on Monday 21st September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 27th September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, Redsbaby, and any agencies or suppliers directly associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Follow @phile_home and @redsbaby on Instagram;
• Like the official Hello Spring Giveaway post; and
• Tag a friend in the comments of the official giveaway post.

Each separate, valid comment tagging a different friend will count as an additional entry.

Entrants may also receive one (1) bonus entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @phile_home and @redsbaby. If an entrant’s Instagram account is private, they may be required to provide evidence of their Story share for the bonus entry to be verified.

Entries must comply with Instagram’s terms of use. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, automated, fraudulent, inappropriate or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

From Philé:

• 1 x Toddler Lounger, valued at $220 AUD
• 1 x Toy Basket, valued at $180 AUD
• 1 x Baby Backpack, valued at $210 AUD

From Redsbaby:

• 1 x Redsbaby SKIP³ Pram, valued at $499 AUD

The total prize pool is valued at approximately $1,109 AUD.

Product colours/styles may be subject to availability and will be determined or selected in consultation with the winner where applicable.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If any component of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on Monday 28th September 2026 at 10am AEST in Sydney, NSW.

The first valid entry randomly selected will be deemed the winner.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @phile_home Instagram account within 2 business days of the draw.

The winner may also be announced via the @phile_home and/or @redsbaby Instagram accounts.

The Promoter will never request payment or credit card details from the winner in order to claim the prize. Entrants should be aware of potential impersonation or scam accounts.

The winner must respond within 3 days of being notified and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to claim the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to an Australian delivery address supplied by the winner.

The Promoter and Redsbaby are not responsible for any delay, loss or damage occurring during delivery to the extent permitted by law.

9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

If the Promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying the winner and arranging delivery of the prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable privacy laws.

Unless an entrant separately opts in to receive marketing communications, entry into this Promotion does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that they release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability arising in connection with the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Instagram or Meta.
