Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026.

Eligibility

The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

How to Enter

Customers who purchase any Philé Pram Caddy from www.phile.com.au during the promotion period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.

Each eligible Pram Caddy purchased constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted with multiple qualifying purchases.

No additional purchase or registration is required.

Prize

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) personalised Bugalugs Name Charm, valued at up to AUD $35.

The name charm will be customised with the winner's chosen name or word, subject to Bugalugs' customisation guidelines.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

Draws may take place progressively throughout July or shortly after the promotion closes, at Philé's discretion.

Winners will be contacted via the email address used to place their order.

Prize Fulfilment

Philé will contact winners to arrange redemption of their personalised Bugalugs Name Charm. Prizes will be fulfilled by Bugalugs following confirmation of the requested personalisation.

• Orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned are not eligible for entry.
  
• Philé reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  
• If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Philé's control, Philé reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.
